Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

[LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("Najah Talent," "we," "us," or "our"), with a registered address at [REGISTERED BUSINESS ADDRESS], respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through najahtalent.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices available to website visitors, job candidates, and employer clients.

2. Information We Collect

  • Website visitors. Standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited.
  • Job candidates. When you submit the contact form, apply to a role, or email us, we may collect your name, email, phone number, resume/CV, work history, certifications (e.g. CPA, EA, CFA), desired role and compensation, and any message you include.
  • Employer clients. When you submit a job request, we collect company name, contact name, title, email, phone, and details of the role you're hiring for.
  • Third-party fonts. The Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which may process your IP address as part of delivering font files.

The Site's contact form does not use a server-side backend or third-party form service — submitting it opens a pre-filled email in your own mail client, which you choose whether to send.

3. How We Use Information

  • To match candidates with relevant open roles and respond to job requests;
  • To communicate with candidates and employer clients about opportunities and placements;
  • To operate, maintain, and improve the Site;
  • To comply with legal, tax, and employment-related obligations; and
  • To protect the security and integrity of the Site and our business.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:

  • Employer clients, when a candidate applies to or is referred for one of their open roles;
  • Service providers who support our operations — including our hosting provider, email service, and, where engaged, applicant tracking / CRM, payroll, and e-signature vendors — bound by confidentiality obligations;
  • Background check providers, only where a candidate has separately authorized a background check as part of the placement process;
  • Legal authorities, where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process; and
  • A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. Cookies & Tracking

The Site does not set advertising cookies. Any cookies present are limited to those strictly necessary for the Site's basic technical operation, plus (where enabled) privacy-respecting analytics used to understand overall traffic trends.

6. Data Retention

We generally retain candidate and employer information for one to three years from your last interaction with us, or longer where needed to comply with legal, tax, or contractual obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized. You may request earlier deletion as described in Section 9.

7. Background Checks & FCRA

Where a role requires a background check, we provide candidates with a separate, standalone disclosure and authorization form in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) before any check is conducted. This Privacy Policy does not itself authorize a background check.

8. Equal Employment & Self-Identification Data

Where we invite candidates to voluntarily self-identify demographic information (such as veteran status, disability status, or race/ethnicity) for EEO compliance purposes, that information is collected separately from your application and is not used in placement decisions. See our EEO Statement.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction ([GOVERNING LAW / JURISDICTION]), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to or withdraw consent for its processing. California residents have specific rights described in our California Privacy Notice. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

10. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information in our care, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We do not collect Social Security numbers through this Site; SSNs are only ever collected within a secure, dedicated onboarding/payroll portal once a placement is made.

11. International Data Transfers

We operate primarily within the United States. Where information is processed outside your home country, we take steps to ensure such transfers comply with applicable data protection law.

12. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

14. Contact Us

Questions about this Privacy Policy or your personal information can be directed to hello@najahtalent.com [or DATA PROTECTION CONTACT, if applicable].

This page is a planning template, not legal advice. Have an employment attorney review this policy — along with your background-check disclosures and state-specific pay transparency obligations — before relying on it.
