Accessibility Statement

Our commitment
Najah Talent is committed to making najahtalent.com accessible to as many people as possible, including candidates and employer clients who use assistive technology. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.
What we do
- Semantic HTML with a logical heading hierarchy and landmark regions;
- Descriptive alt text for meaningful images, and decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology;
- Keyboard-navigable menus, filters, and forms, with visible focus states;
- Text with a minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio against its background;
- Accessible form labels and inline error messaging on the job application and job-request forms; and
- Respect for the "reduce motion" operating-system setting.
Known limitations
[Note any known gaps here after an accessibility audit — for example, a third-party embed that has not yet been remediated.] We are actively working to address any issues identified through testing or user feedback.
Testing approach
We periodically test the Site with automated tools (such as axe DevTools or WAVE) and manual keyboard and screen-reader checks. [Add cadence / most recent audit date once established.]
Feedback & accommodation requests
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on the Site, or need job postings, application forms, or other content in an alternative format, contact us at hello@najahtalent.com. Please include the page you were on and a description of the issue — we aim to respond within a reasonable time.
